To convert a preexisting, outdated manufacturing space into a modern life science, R&D workspace, Applied BioCode turned to the design-build team of HED and CDG Builders. The adaptive reuse includes a build-out of R&D laboratories, clean rooms, a high bay warehouse with cold storage and freezer rooms, offices, conference rooms, general support, and lobby space. In addition, infrastructure upgrades were implemented with a multiphase approach.
