High-performing (arts).
A state-of-the-art facility takes center stage.
A showstopping double billing.
Palo Alto High School’s Performing Arts Center (PAC) provides unprecedented new opportunities for the school’s drama, choir and music programs and establishes a new community center for the performing arts.

Fully equipped with state-of-the-art A/V technology, the PAC includes space to accommodate entire grade groups for
orientations, lectures and assemblies as well as performances.

Outside, the traditional exterior elevation seamlessly incorporates high-performance design features. A gabled roof utilizes a simple conveyance system to channel and discharge water, while covered porches and arcades offer shading to reduce heat gain.

Following the opening of its new Performing Arts Center, “Paly” can now boast a facility that fully aligns with—and advances— its celebrated arts programs, proving that high performance and performing arts are a truly show-stopping double billing.

Aesthetically, it’s just stunning. It gives me a feeling of inevitability, like it’s meant to be there.”
