A new mixed-use development catalyzes growth in Koreatown.
Work hard, play hard.
Koreatown’s Mid-Wilshire Corridor is fast becoming a vibrant, twenty-four hour live-work destination—and The Vermont, a major mixed-use development, capitalizes on this energy, transforming the Wilshire / Vermont intersection into a major transit hub and catalyzing continued growth and investment in the area.

The project’s two high-rise towers comprise 464 multi-family units and 41,000 square feet of retail space. 18,000 square feet of publicly-accessible outdoor space fronts the development, and a substantial seven-level podium provides 896 parking spaces for residents and visitors.

HED served as Executive Architect for the exciting LEED silver development, designed by the Jerde Partnership.
