Embracing an updated image was a driving feature for this multi-sector utility giant. Revitalizing the firm’s headquarters included an aesthetic upgrade and addressed employee work styles, guest engagement and increased meeting and collaboration zones. A larger floorplate allowed a blend of traditional perimeter office planning punched with open workstation zones with access to expansive views and perimeter circulation. High efficiency lighting and a palette of bright neutrals contributed to an elegant presentation mirrored in generous workstations that feature sit-to-stand desks with transparent glass panels. The large conference room showcases increased technology for international video collaboration and a rich guest experience.
