Specificity and speed.
A spinal treatment center fast-tracks delivery without cutting corners.
Elegant efficiency.
HED completed a 6,000 square foot tenant improvement for the Glendale Adventist Spine Institute. This design/build’s exceptionally detailed programming included complex dual reception and seating areas, clinic and office spaces, exam rooms, conference rooms, dressing areas, offices and storage.

To fulfill the aggressive schedule requirements, our design team expedited programming and schematic design while maintaining precision, vision and quality.

The completed project’s sleek finish and sinuous design exude calm. Curved hallways are filled with natural light. Tasteful artwork and custom mosaic glass enhance the interior ambiance, adding dimension, texture, and visual interest. Efficient and elegant, the newly renovated Spine Institute demonstrates that an accelerated timeline and meticulous care to detail aren’t mutually exclusive.
