Following an expansion and renovation, Kelly Scott Madison (KSM)’s corporate headquarters truly reflect the agency’s commitment to workplace well-being. Emulating tree-dappled sunlight, a blue, custom-perforated ceiling exudes calm. A multipurpose room hosts daily meditations and yoga classes and provides flexible workspace. In the café, a live moss wall adds a touch of the outdoors. Throughout the space, whimsical details—including plush indoor swings and a tiled Scrabble wall—invite employees to enjoy a moment of play.

The completed design captures KSM’s unique blend of creative energy and corporate zen and encourages a more balanced approach to work. A welcome respite, the new headquarters prioritizes the physical and mental health of KSM's employees— and proves that even in an intensely competitive field, there's always room for a little fun.
