Workplace Transformation, Residence Building Management
Los Angeles, CA
Making an entrance.
A working model for office space solutions.
Designed for impact
Providing an impact arrival experience for guests and tenants was critical for this downtown building owner operator. Effective brand placement with breakout meeting spaces activate the greeting area for the many face-to-face daily meetings required for this building management office. Behind the scenes support areas and private offices and workstations are open plan with dedicated areas for construction and material samples needed for onboarding new tenants. Access to views and activity-based workstyles were incorporated to provide flexibility and collaboration concepts for furniture and space planning layouts. The office itself became a model to assist potential and existing clients to visualize the possible design solutions their office spaces could solve.
