High impact style.
Building a downtown presence with modern sensibilities.
Designed for every workstyle
Establishing a downtown presence was an important factor for this large-scale construction firm. As a regional hub, hoteling workstations and private offices are utilized on a project need basis, encouraging a democratic approach to workstyles based on availability. Using a spec suite as a design basis the team further developed furniture and branding opportunities within the space. Creating a modern aesthetic was important while engaging flexible meeting areas. The team was focused on a high impact reception experience with bold firm graphics and an activated conference room. Private offices highlight a work wall, guest seating, and a full writable wall for brainstorming and collaboration.
