Characterized as a “unicorn” by Fortune magazine, the rapidly expanding startup company ServiceTitan engaged HED as a strategic partner to provide a dedicated response team to address their evolving expansion needs and their emerging cultural space. Teaming and flexibility were deemed essential to the tech company’s operation model, and these aspects were built into the spaces by identifying workspace standards planned across multiple locations. A kit of parts was developed for team expansion, contraction, and the ability to move individuals while maintaining a purposeful response to the firm’s emerging identity and culture. Focus on collaboration, workplace standards, employee engagement, and controlled growth are the hot points for this company.
