This 96 unit development, designed for families, is 100% affordable for income levels below 30% AMI and up to 80% AMI. A total of four buildings house 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units putting forth an overall scale for the project that fits the community context. Each apartment features exterior balconies or patios and all ground floor units are fully accessible. Each building is carefully integrated into the sloped site, minimizing retaining walls and maximizing on-site amenities including abundant landscaping, shading elements and outdoor common space. Interior community space offers a place for residents to gather, socialize, and hold meetings.

The building forms are articulated with recognizable residential elements including gabled roofs, balcony railings and scaled exterior materials consistent with community input and further reflecting the local aesthetic.
